James Chester Phillips, 78, of Yellville, Arkansas, died November 10, 2021. Born February 6, 1943, in Los Angeles, California, the son of Emmett Leander and Cleo Gree Sullivan Phillips.

Survivors include his nieces and many loving family members and friends.
