Mark Stuart Bailey of Alpena, AR. died on December 5, 2021. He was born April 12,1960 the son of Maurice Richard and Melva Jo (Parker) Bailey.

He spent a career in law enforcement as the Chief of Police in Alpena, a Sgt. at Carroll Sheriff’s department, The Harrison Police Department and Boone County Sheriff’s department.
