James Richard “Rick” Arnold Jr. 60 of Western Grove died on Friday, January 28, 2022 at home with his wife and grandson at his side. He was born on March 21, 1961, in Pekin Illinois to James and Marilyn (Keith) Arnold.

Survivors include his wife Lisa, children; Felicha Smith Robby White, Richard Arnold and Edwin Arnold.

A memorial service was held at Western Grove Bible Church on February 4 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Dennis Sisco Officiating.
