Nakia (Rocky) Blaine Harvey, 46, of Harrison, Arkansas, died February 10, 2022. Born March 10, 1975, in Columbia, Missouri, the son of Francis and Barbara Shockey Harvey.

Survivors include his three children, his mother, and many loving friends and family.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
