James Earl Woodard of Green Forest AR., died on June 13, 2022. He was born on May 18, 1946 in St. Louis MO. to Leslie Arnold and Dorthy A. (O’Hare) Woodard.

Survivors include his children Allison and Mike and many friends and family.
