Richard Lee Van Ostran II, 69, of Harrison, Arkansas died on April 24, 2023. He was born on January 1, 1954, in Newark, Ohio, the son of Richard and Kathelene Van Ostran.

Survivors include his children Richard and Kathy, mother and a niece and nephew.
