Charles R. Dorsey of Harrison Ar., died on May 20, 2023. He was born on April 18, 1952, in Little Rock AR., to James and Dorothy (Plouch) Dorsey. Survivors include his son Matt Dorsey of Harrison and daughter Carol (Dorsey) Burkett of Green Forest.
