Pearlie Harmon
Pearlie Pack McAlister Harmon died on June 11, 2023. She was born April 29, 1937 in Nogo, Arkansas to the late Roy Pack and Mary Walker Pack McEntire.
She will first and foremost be remembered for her love of her Savior that she shared in word and deed and wanted everyone to know Jesus as she did. She had a love for others like no other, and the gift of helps that is talked about in the Bible in 1 Corinthians 12:28, that she had mastered.
She will also be remembered for her smile and contagious laughter. Let’s not forget her Chicken and Dumplings, Fried pies and cookies which she shared with so many.
Survivors include her loving husband, Ray Harmon; their children, Wayne McAlister, Jeanie Payton (Terry); MaryLou Humphrey (Arnold), Amy Dodson (Mike), her brothers, Lelis Pack (Ramona), Fay Pack (Winnie), Larry Pack (Janet), Don Pack (Eunice), a sister, Gwin Driskill (George), sister-in-law, Bonnie Pack, grandchildren, Natalie Brock, Emily Fugate (Adrian) Crystal Sanders, Casey Waterson (Jason), Michelle McGuire (Chris), Faith McElhaney (Nathan), Hope Spence (Cooper), Chloe Proctor (Jeff), Ashley Day, Brooklyn Humphrey, Madison Strickland (Matt), Lora Humphrey, 25 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and friends that she cherished with unconditional love. She is preceded in death by a loving stepfather, Marshall A. McEntire, her first husband, James A. McAlister, brothers Cletus Pack, Kenneth Pack, Willard Pack, sister, Ida Carr, and a sister-in-law Regina Pack.
Funeral Service was held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Scottsville Word of Life Assembly with Rev. Dean Caldwell and Rev. Shane Williams officiating. Visitation was from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
