Emma Woodring Arthur, 86, of Batavia, Arkansas, died November 6, 2023. Born October 28, 1937, in Charleston, West Virginia, the daughter of Benjamin and Mary White Woodring.

Survivors include her sons, David and Dennis Arthur along with many loving family members and friends.

A private service will be held at a later date.
