Mary Alice Owens, 77 of Yellville, AR., died on December 9, 2023, at home with her husband by her side. Mary was born on January 2, 1946, the daughter of Robert and Rose (Moreland) Abbott.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years Max Owens Sr. of the home and son Danny Coley and many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She preceded in death by her children Robert and Diane and sisters Wanda and Betty Jo.

A graveside service was held on December 14, 2023, at 11 a.m. in Keesee Cemetery with Gene Saylors officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ, 156 Bear Hollow Ln, Yellville, AR. 72657. Services under the direction of Diamond State Funerals.
