Frances Lorraine Steggs, 91, of Harrison, Arkansas, died December 9, 2023. Born April 16, 1932, in Henderson, Colorado, the daughter of Alfred and Alice Morse Coffey.

Survivors include two daughters and many loving family members and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
