Carolyn Ann (Whitehorn) Campbell, age 79 of Marshall died at Cox South, Springfield March 11, 2022.

Survivors include her devoted friend, Earl Ray “Steve” Stephenson; daughter, Lydia (William) Johnson; and two granddaughters, Catie (Jerryd) Reed and Megan (Michael) Hurst. She is also survived by sisters, Rosemary Moore and Barbara Wagner, and a brother, John Byers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Byers, her husband, Jim Whitehorn, and a sister, Patricia Adair.

Per her request, there will be no funeral service or memorial gathering. Those wishing to honor her life can make a donation in her name to their local animal shelter. She had such a soft spot for all animals in need.
