07/16/2009 – 02/19/2025 Carter Michael Mills, 15, of St. Joe, Ark., passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. He was born July 16, 2009, in Russellville, Ark, the son of Bryan Michael Mills and Chasidy Marie Fuller.

He was a student at Marshall High School. He is survived by his mother, Chasidy (Chancey) Fuller of Center Ridge; father, Bryan Michael (Ashley) Mills of Marshall; sister, Addison Mills of Marshall; stepsisters, Maleigh Fuller, Rylee Fuller, and Harley Johnson; paternal grandparents, Mike and Aneta Mills of Yellville and Stacy and Marilyn Miller of Marshall; paternal greatgrandparents, Rudy and Sue Parks of Marshall; maternal grandparents, Alan and Chastity Gales of Center Ridge and Doug and Debbie Fuller of Flippin, Ark.; maternal great-grandparents, Garry and Rosey Perkins of Houston, Ark.; aunts, Ashley Howard, Destiny Gales, Lena King, Terri Miller, Robin Fuller, Lakin Fuller, and Lacey Corder; uncles, Robie Gales, Scott Fuller, Scott King, Wade Miller, Dan Sutterfield, Eric Howard, Hunter Corder, Blake Matchett, Bryce Matchett; and a host of cousins and other family members. Carter is preceded in death by his grandmother, Angela Gales. The family held a private graveside service. A public memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 1 at Marshall High School Gymnasium. Arrangements were by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
