After my grandfather broke his hip, he paid a contractor to install handicapped-accessible aids at home. But grab-bars came loose and the wheelchair ramp collapsed. It turns out that the contractor had forged his construction license. My grandfather won a lawsuit against the contractor and his wife. Now, though, both of them have filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Will grandfather get his money?
