Snowball news

The Snowball Civic Club is working on reworking some social media sites. In the beginning days, a ‘group page’ was started to keep everyone in the know about what was going on. Since that time in 2019, the page has received numerous followers and permission had to be granted to each one who wanted to view the page. In 2020 a second page was created that was ‘public’ and anyone could view it with no approvals needed. In the next few weeks, the first page will be taken down and only the public page will remain.

With actual temperatures in the upper 90s but it felt like it was over 110 degrees, so it has been dangerously hot. We did get just a hint of rain this week with a pop-up thunderstorm, but it did not rain enough to cut the grit in the air, it just added to the humidity. Making the unbearably hot days even more sticky, hot and unbearable. I hope it is going to be cooler this coming week but that remains to be seen.
