Has been a beautiful week with outside weather. Tuesday was a perfect day to drive to Conway to visit my brother, J.B. and sister-in-law, Maryagnes Moore. We took a tour of their new home to which we loved after we found it. Actually, J.B. had to come out and stand on the corner so we could locate his home. We were right there, just didn’t turn right on the right street. It was a new housing district that Siri didn’t have down with directions. Loved their house and visiting them was the best. Great to see them! They treated us to dinner at “Eat my Catfish”. The food was excellent and fried pies were to die for being diabetics. Took us to Sam’s to shop and back home to visit some more. Spent the whole day with them, missing our usually night-time visits with the Rainbolts at Loco Amigos on Tuesday. They understood because we made plans ahead of time for usual next Tuesday meeting. So thankful we got to go visit and make a few minutes into memories.

Well, hope you are all doing fine. Hope you’re staying warm! Ray calls this “blackberry winter”. The blackberries are in bloom, and we usually have a cold spell about that time. Guess he is right. He came through the house a while ago and turned on the heat! We might need it before morning. Today sure has been chilly, I’ve worn a sweater all day.
