Snow, snow and more snow than we need, but God had His reason for us needing snow. Must say it was a pretty snow.

Hello from Zack. Well, we didn’t get the ice but we sure got the sleet and some snow. I hope this is the last of it. But according to the groundhog. Six more weeks. Thankfully the sun was out over the weekend and melting has begun.

Good Sunday morning. The snowmegeddan missed us, thankfully, but there were still patches of slick concern. It is always so pretty to see a crystalline see of white blanketed over the pastures, for about 24 hours and then I am over it.

It has been foggy, drizzly and dreary today. The soil can use the moisture.

Christmas Gifts We just had possibly the best Thanksgiving ever and now it’s time to settle into the Christmas season. In some ways, I’m kind of a drop-out in that my decorations, in comparison to others, can be kind of puny, and the tree is up about two weeks max.

Hope that everyone had a great week. Larry has been cutting and splitting wood for us. The weather has been so nice so far this winter. But I think it will change soon. There have been a lot of fires around us this year. I need to get the leaves raked around the house.

Hello from Zack. Christmas is on its way.

The January 2 of 1942 told that Mrs. Carrie Blackwell had stopped in the Wave office to have a year’s subscription sent to Mrs. Thomas Gonzales. Mrs. Gonzales was stated to be the former Mary Rizzo. The Wave told that Mrs. Blackwell had raised Mary. The subscription was a late Christmas present.

Things are winding down in Snowball for the year. The Civic Club currently has no plans in place for the remainder of the calendar year.
