On Saturday, May 11, 2024 Sandra (Sandie) Wilson Wright will celebrate her 60th birthday with family and friends in Northwest Arkansas. Sandie is the daughter of the late Estes and Mattie Jo Wilson formerly of Big Flat, granddaughter of the late Arvel and Goldie Pemberton of Harriet, and granddaughter of the late Joseph and Edith Wilson of Big Flat.

Days and days of glorious Spring Rain for many thirsty plants. The waterfalls and springs all got very full, and the creek was really High. There was quite a bit of wind damage and several trees got knocked down in town. The early mornings are still cool and pleasant but by the afternoon the humidity a little bit of heat certainly put you in mind of Summer or at least Summer is coming.
