My grandparents own their home, have some savings, and help out with college costs. If something happened to them, wouldn’t their property automatically stay in the family? So this new law I heard about wouldn’t affect us. Right?

The Searcy County Chamber of Commerce is proud to welcome Canaan Cottage as one of its newest members. Owned and operated by Elizabeth Granado, Canaan Cottage is a small-batch sourdough cottage bakery dedicated to crafting naturally leavened bread with care and creativity.

The community came together on Tuesday, September 9, for a lively evening of fun and fundraising at the Basket Bingo Fundraiser. The event drew both familiar supporters and many new faces, filling the room with excitement and community spirit.
A representative from the Little Rock Game and Fish Commission visited students today to deliver an important message: riding all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) is fun, but it comes with serious safety responsibilities.

Community members will have the chance to learn the basics of beekeeping at a free event hosted by Big Springs Trading Company on Friday, September 26, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Wow! I don’t know about everyone else, but I couldn’t help but notice the incredible difference in the last couple of weeks of temperatures with humidity taking a vacation from us. It’s been nice, but this die-hard summer gal is dreading to see fall set in on us so quickly. But even the Lord rested after creating the world, so I see the need for our poor trees and green stuff to take a break and refuel.
I have two kids and a second husband. I was going to split everything using PODs on my accounts once I pass. That should work, right?
