She was born in Sheridan, Arkansas on August 26, 1952 to Joseph Franklin Tucker and Coriene Elizabeth Jones Tucker Reynolds. She retired from Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality as a Computer Programmer Analyst after 32 years of service. She and her husband retired to the beautiful Ozarks ten years ago.
