Doretha Rae Burkhalter, 74, of Harrison, Arkansas, died on August 27, 2023. She was born on February 20, 1949, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Chico and Billie Louise (Avant) Walker.

Survivors include her children Heath Dillion and Tracy Hardy and many family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her late husband Joseph Burkhalter and her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. Care entrusted to Diamond State Funerals.
