Geraldine S. Whyte, age 94 of Marshall, Arkansas died on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at her home. She was born in Gillett, Arkansas on December 22, 1927 to Walter Sizemore and Velda Frances May Sizemore.

She was married to the late James Harrison Whyte who passed away in 2002. She was a retired civil servant worker. She had security clearance to work at the Pentagon for many years and met many astronauts during her work there.

She was a resident of Searcy County for over 30 years. She had a very giving spirit and was always willing to help others in any way. She donated her time and finances to many causes, especially those involving animals. She was a wonderful neighbor and friend and will be greatly missed.

Cremation services are by Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas. She will be laid rest in Marshall Memorial Gardens beside her husband James.
