Gilbert Winchester Webb, 73, of Harrison, Arkansas died on May 8, 2024. He was born on January 19, 1951, in Columbia, South Carolina, the son of Ralph and Nesay Webb.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for May 25, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Arc Church in Harrison, Arkansas.
