James Arthur Pinkley, 77, of Harrison, Arkansas, died June 14, 2024, in Harrison, Arkansas. Born September 17, 1946, in Greeley, Colorado, the son of Frank and Vennie Hill Pinkley Sr.

Survivors include a brother and a sister and will be interred in Colorado at a later date.
