JoEllen Bush of Leslie
JoEllen Bush, 84, a resident of Leslie, formerly of Marshall, died Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Ozark Health and Rehabilitation in Clinton. She was born September 11, 1937, at Center, Texas to Ira and Effie Mae Ware Fenley.
When she was younger, she worked as a waitress at the Sunset and the Motor Court Restaurants in Marshall. She was a member of the Church of God in Branson, Missouri and enjoying quilting, canning and yard sales.
Survivors include sons and a daughter-in-law, Dean Bush of Kasilof, Alaska, Don and Dawn Bush of Norfork, and Mark Bush of Marshall; grandchildren, Brandi Goodchild and her husband, Paul, of Clinton, Cody Bush of Conway, David Tyler Bush and his wife, Sayaka, of Sasebo, Japan, and Josh Tibbs and his wife, Tiffany, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; greatgrandchildren, Megan and Katie Goodchild, both of Clinton; a sister, Mae Stoltz of Center, Texas; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Adron Bush; brothers, Dub and Gene Fenley; and sister, Joyce Lucas.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at Rambo Cemetery at Marshall with Gary Kirby officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Holt Memorial Chapel of Harrison.
Active pallbearers will be Cody Bush, Davey, Benny, and Patrick Ragland, Paul Goodchild, and Richard Connelly. Honorary pallbearers will be Joel Ragland and Josh Tibbs.
