Patricia (Pepi) Elaine Plowman, 76, of Jasper AR. died Monday, November 22, 2021. She was born on January 28, 1945 in a Japanese internment camp in Los Banos, the Philippines, to Elizabeth Oxford Plowman and George Harden Plowman.

Survivors include many dear friends and family around the world who loved her.
