Phyllis Ann Sullivan, 88, of Mountain Home, Ark., passed away at Gassville Nursing Home on September 29, 2024. She was born on February 14, 1936, in Chicago, Ill.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation in Lead Hill, Ark.
