Ray Willard Offutt, 61, of Harrison, Arkansas, died May 14, 2023. Born July 26, 1961, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the son of Rex and Matilda Wallace Offutt.
Survivors include his wife Pamela of the home and many loving family members and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
