Shirley Ann Parham, age 71 of Witts Springs, Arkansas on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at her home. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on January 19, 1951 to Arthur Horace Mullins and Mary Ethel Whaley Mullins.

She was a strong Christian woman of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed going to church and singing praises to the Lord. She was an excellent homemaker and a wonderful cook.

She was a very humble lady who liked the simple things in life—fishing, going to yard sales, working puzzle books, visiting and spending time with her kids. Her presence will be greatly missed by her sons. Survivors include her sons, Steve Parham and Johnny Parham, both of the home; sister, Mary Wallace; very special friend, Karen Elverd; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Mary Mullins; husband, Paul Parham who passed away in 2005; and siblings, Estell, Betty Sue, Norma Fae, Geneva, Geraldine and Johnny.

Graveside services for her were 2:00p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Witts Springs Cemetery with Bro. Jim Arnold Jr. officiating. Burial followed where she was laid to rest beside her husband, Paul.
